The first activity after arriving in Fez and resting was a race to the Old City. From there, both teams walked to historic Qarawiyyin Mosque (the oldest university in the world), where they prayed maghrib, and then walked to visit the son of Moulay Idris Zerhoun: Moulay Idriss II.

A quick and fun outing to change some money and have some refreshing slushies and ice cream at the lovely Borj Fez mall. The challenge was to arrive and depart with order and team management.

The boys didn't always visit Fez's beautiful sites, they also had also had group competitions and activities. Here's one: a game of hopscotch and balance, team work and communication! A sort of relay race, if you will. They boys clearly had a lot of fun, even if it did look a little ridiculous on camera.

One of the most memorable activities (out of the many memorable activities) was a post-Fajr hiking race to the historic Merinides tombs overlooking the entirety of Old Fes. The ancient tombs possibly house royals but are crumbling and horribly deteriorated. Still, there is some script and markings visible in the stone.
