Casa Loma

We then visited the 'private' areas of the house. The bathrooms were so cool! The shower had a chandelier!

The fountain room (as I name it) was gorgeous and my favourite area, bar the magnificent library (first image in the slideshow above). 

Despite having lived in Toronto for half my life, I had never been to Casa Loma. So when I decided to take my friend out, we chose to go somewhere neither of us had been to before, instead of just to the mall like we usually do. It was a delight! Here are some of the highlights. Most of the ground floor was an exercise in dramatic lighting...  

The bedrooms were decadent. The blue one was my favourite, hence the repeated photos of it!
