Lately I've been feeling like I've hit a wall with my photography, so I did what I usually do when I feel like I'm stagnating: googled a solution.
That's when I found this amazing 52 week photo challenge! That's right, for a full year, I am going to take one photo a week. This will hopefully improve my photographic skills and break me out of my creative funk! I'm excited, nervous, and raring to go. You ever have those photos that aren't, y'know, the greatest but still have that something that just makes you like it? I'd never thought a day would come in which I'd call pigeons cute. But, come on, how could you ever have expected this!
Completely ignoring the couple's shamelessness, their companions deigned to pose for me. Apparently, pretty pigeons do exist in abundance.
There is a hint of green in the ruff...
I can't help thinking of the Renaissance painting of Henry VIII here...
