Ripley's Aquarium

I took my brothers to visit this (frankly overpriced) aquarium, which was quite fun if crowded. It was very difficult to take photos I was happy with, and I was so frustrated that I enjoyed the experience less than I should have which...I'm not proud of. But here are my best shots, taken with my 50 mm f1.8 as well as my standard 18-55 mm lens (no flash was used except with the sawshark).
My favourite tanks by far were the jellyfish tanks. They're so beautiful and serene and dangerous and lovely! The tank lights changed colours too, which was fun. (Help, I've fallen in love with jellyfish). (I felt like a NatGeo photographer, which is my ultimate dream).
I end with this: I've discovered my over-reliance on my camera, in which I can't be happy anywhere if I can't document it, and that's a very sad state of mind to be in. Don't do this! Love places! Don't get caught up in the photos (or lack thereof) and miss the experience! Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! (How many more exclamation marks do you think I can get away with?)
