Salé & Tangier

Our roadtrip around Morocco continued with a stop in Salé (to visit the mausoleum of Sidi Bin Achir) and a sleepover in Tangier in a riad, a traditional Moroccan home.

Tangier

We arrived at Tangier in the evening and squeeeeeezed our way through the tight and winding roads up towards our Airbnb, a riad. It was absolutely worth it. I immediately climbed to the rooftop to try and capture some stars, and then in the morning we went on a long and leisurely walk overlooking the coast to visit the Punic Roman necropolis. Then we drove a bit to visit the Caves of Hercules.
